Learning services for non-formal education and training -- Basic requirements for service providers
The main focus of ISO 29993:2017 International Standards is to provide a basic model for quality professional practice and performance. Therefore, this standard is used to define learning service providers for non-formal education and training. Moreover, these International Standards are used to define the term “learning services” instead of “training”. Thus to encourage a focus on learning and their service providers the practice process is needed. The results of the process and options available for delivering learning services are used to explain non-formal education training.
